Membership allows you the freedom to visit our amazing world of animals, award-winning gardens and from 23 March, dinosaurs, whenever you like. We have two levels of membership to choose from:

Annual: Unlimited entry into the Zoo for a whole year

Life: Unlimited entry into the Zoo for the rest of your life

Try before you buy

If you become a member within seven days of visiting, we’ll refund the cost of your entrance (we just need your receipt)*. This means that annual membership will pay for itself after just two visits.

Please note that our membership office is open daily from 9am-4:30pm. It will take up to 28 days for your membership pack to be sent out when purchased online.

*Only available when purchasing membership in person, not online

Refer a friend

Recommend a friend as an annual member and you’ll receive a £7 voucher that can be used in our Coral Restaurant, Deli & Bakery – so you can both enjoy a day out at the Zoo together and catch-up over coffee and cake!

Members, please fill in your name, membership number, email address and contact number on this form. Pass the form onto your friend to hand in when they take out a membership. We’ll then send you your £7 voucher.

Terms & Conditions: To refer a friend, you must have a valid membership at Bristol Zoo Gardens. You cannot recommend a friend who has been a member within the last six months. The £7 voucher can be spent on any item in the Coral Restaurant, Deli & Bakery. No cash alternatives are available and no change is given. The flyer must be presented to the membership team at the time the membership is taken out. This is not available online.

Members only after school ZooRopia offer

Members can now take advantage of our special after school offer on ZooRopia - members who visit us between 3-5pm on normal school days (school and bank holidays, plus weekends not included), and pay the member price to use ZooRopia get unlimited access to use ZooRopia as many times as they like for the rest of the day (until 5pm).
