Access to Nature

Our Access to Nature scheme provides opportunities for members of our community who face barriers accessing nature.

The scheme offers funded education visits, community visits or a unique community membership.

Access to community membership

Community membership is for community organisations and charities who meet our criteria. A membership gives you unlimited access to the zoo that can be used by any of your members and beneficiaries.

Community membership also includes 10% discount available for use in our shop, regular newsletter updates and invites to other Access to Nature events.

The cost of memberships are:

  • Adult - £63+ VAT

  • Child - £42+ VAT

Minimum spend of £200 applies.

As a community member you are still eligible to apply for funded education visits via the Access to Nature scheme.

Access to funded education visits

Schools, community and charity groups are able to apply for funded educational visits through the Access to Nature scheme.

Zoo visits offer an amazing opportunity for all ages and abilities to learn about animals, conservation and the natural world.

Resources are available to support educational visits. We're fully booked for taught education sessions this academic year.
