Individual zoo admission prices

Admission prices include a 10% donation. Your donation helps to support international breeding programmes at the Zoo and crucial conservation projects in the wild.

Please note that you will be asked to pay the Gift Aid admission unless you request to pay the standard admission. If you would prefer to pay the standard admission price, please advise our admissions staff at the till point.

Terms and Conditions

Adults must accompany children aged under 15 years old.

Concessions include senior citizens, young people aged 15 to 18 years, disabled adults and students. Students will need to show their NUS or ISIC card.

Proof of disability will be requested, which may include a Blue Badge, statement of special educational needs from LEA or NHS, or a letter from a medical professional on NHS headed paper.

Opening hours

We’re open every day from 9am-5pm in off-peak season, (off-peak starts November 3rd) and close at 5.30pm during peak season. The Zoo is closed on Christmas Day. Last entry to the Zoo is an hour before closing time and animal houses close half an hour before closing time.

The Zoo will close at 4pm on December 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th for our Enchanted Christmas events.
